A experience not to be missed; the food and drink options were extremely tasty, sounded authentic, and definitely different from everyday, 21st century fare; the periodic atmosphere even included tin cups; And the friendly proprietor provided entertainment during the meal in the form of song and riddle.

We had dinner Wednesday night at the tavern and Roger was the innkeeper taking care of us. He was awesome, we didn't know what to order, so he suggested that we get "the cook's platter" and everything was great. We ate everything and left feeling stuffed and satisfied. I'd highly recommend Bors Hede for anyone who appreciate a little role play and /or medieval history. You can wear some peasant garb to really immerse yourself!
